 You did so much for us that I can hardly express my (our) gratitude strongly enough to fully convey our appreciation.

 Over the course of the listing you were always readily available via phone or e-mail to coordinate all the many things that needed to be done. You were something of a “general contractor” for the supervision of the various repairs that needed to be done, more often than we ever imagined such things would crop up. You always knew who to recommend for these projects and we were completely pleased with the people you recommended.

 At one time I said to Phyllis, “Patty Golob is doing more for us that my own mother would do.”

 We watched with interest your reports of open houses that you conducted. The time you spent at the property for showings, open houses, weekly inspections, supervising repairs and cleaning crews must have added up to something like a thousand hours. The property was such a long time on the market but you never got discouraged or if you did you didn’t let us know. Your outlook was always upbeat and cheerful. There could not be a better Realtor than you and we were so lucky to have had you as our partner in the project.
